Health department sent proposal for permanent appointment to Technical Service Commission
10 thousand health workers will soon be appointed in the state
Permanent appointment of 10 thousand health workers will be done soon in the government hospitals of the state. The Health Department has sent its recommendation to the Technical Service Commission (TSC) regarding the appointment of personnel. The approval of the Law and Finance Department has already been received on the proposal prepared for the appointment of health workers. At the same time, the approval of the General Administration Department has also been taken for permanent appointment.
According to sources, a proposal has been sent for the appointment of 8034 vacancies of X-ray technician and 1096 posts of OT Assistant (Surgical Room Assistant) in government hospitals. Discussions have also been held with the officials of the Health Department from the level of the Commission regarding the appointment of a total of 9130 vacancies. Applications will be invited for these posts by the Technical Service Commission within two weeks. With the Exception of these vacant posts, proposal is being prepared for the vacant posts of Pharmacist, ECG Assistant, Lab Technician & Dresser. The recruitment process for these posts will also start soon.

Diploma from recognized institutes is necessary
To apply for the posts of X-Ray Technician, the applicant must have passed Diploma in X-Ray Technician course from recognized Board/University. According to sources, X-ray technician degree & required work experience may be preferred. Simultaneously, the same qualification will be required for Surgical Room Assistant. Candidates who have passed from recognized institutions of Central, State Government or other states will also be considered eligible for these posts. For these, salary will be paid according to the pay scale prescribed under the state government. Under permanent appointment, they can be posted in any government hospital in the state.
