UP Home Guard Vacancy 2022 for 20 posts of Women notification latest news update
Latest Updated On 16/04/2022: The state government will recruit 20 percent women in the vacant posts of the Home Guard Department. The officials have been instructed to make proposals to start the recruitment process in 100 days. At present, about 88 thousand home guards are working in the state. At present about 30 thousand posts are vacant.
It is the intention of the state government that these recruitment in the department, which contribute significantly to internal security, will drastically reduce crimes against women in the state. The government has also issued instructions to fill all the vacant Home Guard posts phase wise in the next 4 years. Yogi government, which is going to give jobs to more than one lakh people in the state every year, is looking for opportunities to empower women. Emphasis has also been laid on increasing the number of women in vacant posts in all departments.
