RRB NTPC CBT 2 Exam Date 2022

The Railway Recruitment Board has released the date for the second stage examination (CBT-2) of graduate level non-technical popular category (NTPC) recruitment on Tuesday. RRB has currently released the date of CBT-2 exam for the posts of NTPC Level-4 and Level-6.

The second phase examination for Level-4 and Level-6 posts will be held on 9th and 10th May 2022. The date of CBT-2 for Level-2, Level-3 and Level-5 posts will be released later. The city of examination center will be informed 10 days before the examination. The admit card of CBT will be released four days before the exam date. Through this exam, 35,281 posts of NTPC will be recruited. About 1.25 crore applicants had applied for this.

RRB NTPC CBT 2 Admit Card 2022

The applicants who will appear for the RRB NTPC 2 Exam will be required to download the RRB NTPC CBT 2 Admit Card. The admit card is expected four days before the exam on the official website of RRB Zone.

RRB NTPC CBT 2 Exam Pattern

There will be 120 questions on General Awareness, Mathematics & General Intelligence and Reasoning which will be of 120 marks. The candidates will be given 1 hour & 30 minutes i.e.; 90 minutes to complete the test. There will be a negative marking of 1/3 (0.33) mark reduced for each incorrect answer.

In order to be qualified for RRB NTPC CBT 2, the candidate should score 40 percent marks for UR & EWS. However, 30 percent are required for OBC & SC and 25 percent for ST.

As per the given notice, "The 1st Stage Computer Based Test (CBT-1) was held in seven phases from 28/12/2020 to 31/07/2021 across India at various centres. The exam was conducted by RRB Zones. The result of CBT-1 was published on the official Websites of RRBs between 30 March 2022 & 01 April 2022."

A total of 705620 are shortlisted to appear for RRB NTPC CBT 2, against advt. number CEN 01/2019. Around 35281 posts shall be completed for Non-Technical Popular Categories for the vacancy of Clerk cum Typist, Time Keeper, Accounts Clerk cum Typist, Trains Clerk, Commercial cum Ticket Clerk, Goods Guard, Commercial Apprentice, Station Master, Traffic Assistant etc. in so many Zones & Production Units of Indian Railways (PUIR).
