370 'A' Grade Nurses will be reinstated in RIMS
Latest Updated On 21/04/2022: In RIMS (Rajendra Institute of Medical Sciences), 370 posts of A grade nurse (hostess) will be appointed. Of these, 350 posts are regular and 20 posts are of backlog. Online applications will be filled for appointment to these posts from May 2 to 31. Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (JSSC) has issued an advertisement in this regard on Wednesday.
The qualification required for appointment to the posts is B.Sc Nursing or Diploma in GNM, besides two years' experience of working in a 50-bed hospital. According to the decision taken in the 50th (Extraordinary) meeting of RIMS GB held on 28 January 2021, the maximum limit of male attendants (A Grade Nurse) will be 20 percent. The category wise number of vacancies may be revised in the light of the request of the department. According to the process of online application decided by the commission, the examination fee payment and photo and signature will be uploaded till 4 June. After this, in the online application form from 8 to 10 June 2022, the candidates will be able to rectify the errors other than their name, date of birth, e-mail id, mobile number. The commission has kept a fee of Rs 100 for appearing in the examination. For SC and ST the fee will be Rs 50 only.

Reservation
The benefit of reservation will not be available for non-claim of reservation indicated under the entry fixed in the application. On claiming reservation, it will be considered that the candidate has a certificate issued by the competent level of the reservation category claimed on the last date of filling the application.
Sports Quota
Medal in the competition organized by the International Olympic Committee or the concerned federation, first place in the national championship organized by the Indian Olympic Association or its affiliated federations, players having world record in the national level competition will be allowed for direct appointment to the posts of category B.
Facility for disabled candidates
PWD category candidates will be given additional time at the rate of 20 minutes per hour to answer the test. This category of candidates will also be given scribe facility on their request subject to the conditions.
