Latest Update On 21/04/2022: Grading system has been implemented in BA, BSC and B.Com in universities and colleges of the state. On Wednesday, Additional Chief Secretary of Higher Education Department Monika S Garg has issued an order in this regard. Grace marks will not be given.
The system is based on UGC guidelines. This grading system will be applicable for the first three years. It will be given from zero to 10 marks. Those who get 5 marks will be included in the category of average. The pass percentage in main and minor subjects will be only 33. The 6 co-curricular courses and the minor coursework in the third year are only for qualifying and the minimum passing marks will be 40%. The passing marks in four skill development courses will also be 40%. There will be a practical assessment of 60 (sixty) marks.
