Appointments on 1770 posts including UPSSSC JE, UPPSC AE in six months
From the year 2018 to 2021 by the Rural Engineering Department, Uttar Pradesh. Despite sending requisitions to the Public Service Commission and the Subordinate Services Selection Commission for recruitment to 1770 posts, appointments have not been made. Along with the applicants, the department is also waiting for the recruitment process to proceed and be completed. In the action plan sent to the government, the department has prominently included efforts to get the appointments made in relation to the requisitions within the next six months.
On completion of the recruitments on the posts given in the requisitions, the shortage of personnel of Junior Engineer, Assistant Engineer and Clerical cadre in the Rural Engineering Department will go away to a great extent. With this, where departmental work will be accelerated, all the youth will be connected with employment.

Will send requisition for 55 vacant posts of clerical cadre within 100 days: Department has sent requisition for recruitment to vacant posts on the date of 14 September 2018, 14 October 2020, 24 October 2020, 06 June 2021 and 03 December 2021 Public Service Commission and Subordinate Sent to the Service Selection Commission. In which 62 posts of assistant engineer, 1694 posts of junior engineer and 14 posts of clerical cadre are included. The department is waiting for the completion of the recruitment process on the vacant posts relative to these requisitions. In the 100-day action plan of the department, the department has mentioned that the requisition for the remaining 55 posts of clerical cadre will be sent to the commission soon.
The department prepared an action plan for six months
The department has prepared an action plan for the next six months. In this, employment generation has been taken prime importance. It has been written that efforts will be made to make appointments in the department against the requisition sent for vacant posts of gazetted / non-gazetted posts and direct recruitment for the vacant posts of assistant engineer, junior engineer and clerical category. During this requisition of 30 vacant posts of clerical category will also be sent to the commission. The department has written that due to the appointments on the vacant posts, employment will be created and departmental efficiency will increase. Due to the appointments, development works will accelerate, which will benefit the common man.
