2500 Teachers will be recruited in the Universities of Jharkhand latest news update 07/02/2022
The new appointment of 2500 Assistant Professor, Associate Professor and Professor will start in the state universities. In this, preparations are being made to withdraw the advt. issued for 162 posts in various universities in November 2016 & include those posts in the new recruitment process. Jharkhand Public Service Commission has been preparing for it.
At present, the recruitment process of Assistant Professor (AP) in July 2018 is going on in the state universities. In this, the backlog vacancies are being filled, while the recruitment process will began on 552 regular posts from next month. At the same time, 162 applications were taken for Associate Professor in November-December 2016. It was postponed on 15/01/2019 due to unavoidable reasons. Due to the lapse of more than 5 years since the advt. was released, the decision is being taken to cancel this advt. These posts will be included in the new recruitment process of JPSC 2500 Teacher Recruitment 2022 latest news .
In it, many provisions are being changed & some exemptions will also be given. Presently 103 posts are vacant for direct appointment of Associate Professor (AP) in Ranchi University. In the advt. released in 2016, advt. was out on 36 posts. In 5 years, 67 posts have been vacant. Similarly, the vacancies of Associate Professor will have increased in other universities as well. For this re-numbering of vacant posts is being demanded from all the universities. Universities will have to give the no. of posts to be vacant from year 2017 to 2022. After this a new advt. will be issued on the prescribed vacancies and the recruitment process will be started. There are 2030 vacancies of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor and Professor in the state universities. Ranchi University, Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee University (SPMU), Kolhan University, Jamshedpur Women's University, Vinoba Bhave University, Binod Bihari Mahto University, Nilamber Pitamber University & Sido Kanho University have 3732 sanctioned posts, 2030 posts are vacant in it. There are 4181 additional vacancies in the universities, which have to be approved & appointed on them.
