BBMKU Jharkhand UG/PG Exam Date Sheet 2022: The rounds of UG, PG and other examinations in BBMKU will start from February 17. In February and March, the university has decided to take all the pending examinations. The exam will be offline by following the Corona protocol. A meeting of the University Examination Board was held on Wednesday under the chairmanship of Dr. Mukul Narayan Dev, in-charge of BBMKU. The proposal was approved after discussing the pending examinations on the spot.
The VC said that the UG Semester Two and PG Semester Two examinations will start from February 17. The UG Semester II examination will continue till March 2 and the PG examination will continue till March 3. Ed Semester 4 exam will start from 21st February to 28th February and MBBS exam will also start from 21st February. 26 centers of degree semester II have been set up in Dhanbad and Bokaro. Other examinations including LLB, Nursing, M.D. have also been approved. These exams will be taken in March. Instructions were also given to take the examinations of PhD course work. PhD course work exam will be held this month. The VC said that the examination department can now conduct the prescribed examination of various courses conducted by the university directly after taking approval from the VC. Unless absolutely necessary, there is no need for a meeting of the Board of Examinations. On the occasion Dean Student Welfare Dr Devjani Biswas, Registrar Dr Vikas Kumar, Dean Dr SK Sinha, Dean Dr BN Sinha, Dean cum Principal Dr JN Singh, Dean Dr Pushpa Kumari, Dean Dr Seema Sinha, Controller of Examinations Dr Suman Kumar Varnwal, CCDC Dr. Dilip Kumar Giri and others were present.
Academic and examination calendar will be released: According to VC, student is my first priority. I can't do anything about the time wasted due to the corona pandemic, but now I am trying my best to make the session right. Presently there is a delay of six to eight months. University officials were instructed to issue academic and examination calendar for the current session. This is also to be discussed in the meeting to be held at Raj Bhavan on 21st. BBMKU will send teachers as soon as they get teachers from JPSC: VC said that teachers will be sent to BBMKU as soon as Vibhavi Hazaribagh gets teachers from JPSC. We are waiting to get teachers in Vibhavi. Many teachers were sent to BBMKU from 2019 on behalf of Vibhavi. Talks were held with JPSC in this regard. It was said by JPSC that teachers will also be appointed for BBMKU. The process for this is started. It is expected that the shortage of teachers will be filled.
Session 19-21 PG pass students will also get chance in PhD entrance: Students will have to wait longer for the first PhD entrance proposed by BBMKU. Now passout students of PG session 2019-21 will also get a chance to apply for PhD entrance. If any student has missed out due to any reason from filling the entrance exam form, then they can also apply. The decision was taken in a meeting chaired by the Vice-Chancellor on Wednesday. The VC said in a conversation with the reporters that the application for PhD entrance was taken in 2021. Due to one reason or the other, the exam has not been conducted yet. The result of session 2019-21 PG final was released in December 21. In such a situation, PG pass out students will be given a chance in PhD entrance. Students who have already filled the application need not fill the application again. He said that the vacancies will also be updated after the year 2021. For this, instructions have been given to the examination department and the concerned officer.
University campus will be handover in 3 months
Along with taking the charge of Vice-Chancellor of BBMKU, Vice Chancellor Dr. Mukul Narayan Dev took stock of the under-construction University Campus at Bhelatand on Wednesday. Took information about the construction of the building from the representatives of the agency. He said that the representative of the agency told that after completing all the remaining work in three months, the university would be handed over. The agency representative was directed to expedite the pace of the remaining work. 20 lifts are to be installed in both the buildings, but till now the money for the lift has not been received. Lift was not included in the DPR for construction of the building. Lift is offered separately. Headquarters has approved the proposal of lift. Hopefully all the remaining work will be done soon. Talks have been held with CCDC in this regard. A meeting of the College Development Council has been called on February 14.
