10th 12th Board Exams 2022 conduct in offline mode notification latest update 24/02/2022

CBSE and other board's 10th and 12th examinations will be offline

Supreme Court on Wednesday dismissed a petition seeking cancellation of offline examinations. The court said that such petitions create false expectations and create confusion among the students, which is not justified.

A bench of Justice AM Khanwilkar said – filing such a petition can also impose fine. These not only create false hopes but also create confusion among the students preparing for the exam. Students and officers should be allowed to do their work. They are keeping an eye on everything and will announce the exam dates in due course. Students should be absolutely sure. The bench told the petitioner, by filing an application, you are trying to stop the concerned authority from working. If you argue too much, you will be fined.
