1335 Teachers will be recruited on contract basis in Jharkhand's Model Schools. Department of School Education and Literacy has began its preparation. All subject teachers will be appointed in all 89 model schools of the state. Finance Department has given its authority to this. English is taught in these schools. In such a condition, teachers teaching will be appointed through English Medium in it.
Teachers will be recruited here on the lines of Kendriya Vidyalayas. Until permanent meeting is made, teachers will be re-establish on contract. For this a certain amount will be provided to them. The rules for the recruitment of teachers in model schools have also been prepared & requisition for the recruitment process is to be sent to the State Staff Selection Commission. Hostels are also being constructed in 83 model schools of the Jharkhand. For this, every school will spend 2.5 crore rupees. Its scheme has been sent to the State Planning Authorized Committee. ICT labs contain bench-desks, tables, libraries, laboratories are being set up in model schools with an amount of 71 crore rupees. The building of 51 schools has been fulfilled, work is going on in 33 & the construction work of the buildings of 5 schools is about to start.
