SCHEME OF EXAM AND SELECTION PROCESS
Selection for the post of Insurance Medical Officer (IMO) Grade – II (Allopathic) will be done on the basis of performance in Written Exam followed by interview of eligible and successful applicants.
Exam will be conducted in two phases/stages as given below:
01. PART I – WRITTEN EXAM

General Instructions
Before applying online, candidates should
(i) Scan their Photograph (4.5cm × 3.5cm) & Signature
(with black or blue ink pen).
(ii) Signature in CAPITAL LETTERS will NOT be allowed or accepted.
(iii) Keep the necessary details or documents ready to make Online Payment of the requisite application fee or intimation charges.
(iv) Have a valid personal Email ID & mobile number, which should be kept active till the final of this Recruitment process. ESIC may send intimation to download call letters/admit cards for the Examination etc. through the registered e-mail ID. In case a applicant does not have a valid personal e-mail ID, he/she should create his/her new e-mail ID before applying online and must maintain that email account and mobile no. during the course of recruitment process.
Before applying online a candidate will be needed to have
a scanned (digital) image of his/her photograph & signature as per the statements given below.
Photograph Image:
- Photograph must be a recent passport size color pic.
- Maximum size of the file should be up to 100kb.
Signature Image:
- Applicant has to sign on white paper with Blue or
Black Ink pen.
- Maximum size of file should be up to 50kb.
Ensure that the size of the scanned images is not more than above statements. If the size of the file is more, then adjust the settings of the scanner such as the DPI resolution, number of colors etc., during the process of scanning.
