Restoration will start soon on 1904 vacant posts:

The process of restoration will be started at the earliest on 1904 vacant posts of JE in the Irrigation Department.

The details of the vacant posts of those cadres have been collected. After completing the formalities at the departmental level, a requisition will be sent to the Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission for selection on the vacant posts.

According to the departmental officers, even one and a half years ago, a requisition was sent to the commission on behalf of the department for the selection of 554 posts of civil cadre, on which the process is still pending, whereas on the basis of the requisition of 2013, in 2020, the commission has issued 1447 The list of selected has been sent to the department. The process of joining all these selected is going to start now. However, the department is preparing to appeal to the commission to jointly fill 886 vacancies of civil and 464 vacancies of mechanical at present with the call sent for selection to 554 posts of civil one and a half years ago.
