UPHESC Assistant Professor Vacancy 2021 : UPHESC stands for Uttar Pradesh Higher Education Services Commission. After five years, the process of recruitment to the posts of Assistant Professor (AP) in the private colleges of the state is going to start again. Online applications for this recruitment will start from 25 February 2021. A total of 2003 posts are to be admitted in 48 subjects under two advertisements. In this regard, the notification was released by Uttar Pradesh Higher Education Service Commission (UPHESC) on Monday.
On behalf of the Directorate of Higher Education, the commission was sent a 2002 post of Assistant Professor in 47 subjects under advertisement number 50. Along with this, a post of geo-science has also to be admitted under the old advertisement number 46. According to the notification issued by UPHESC Secretary Vandana Tripathi, the process of registration and submission of online application fee for the recruitment of 2003 Assistant Professor posts will start on 25 February. The last date for registration for the examination and submission of online application fee has been set as 26 March 2021, while the last date for submission of online application form is 27 March 2021.
With this, the Commission has proposed 26 May 2021 to start the written examination, but it will depend on the availability of examination centers whether the Commission is able to start the examination from 26 May or not. The examination will be conducted in stages three to four. If the number of applications was very large, the examination could be conducted in five stages. The Commission will soon upload subject wise information of the posts on its website. Secretary Vandana Tripathi said that the directorate had earlier sent a 2016 post of inquiry. After this the Directorate reduced the number of posts to 2002. After matching both the lists, this week the posts will be subject wise. Check Notification
The Commission has revised the syllabus for all 47 subjects. The rule is that the syllabus should be revised every four years. The commission started the recruitment process in the year 2016 under advertisement number 47. After five years, the next recruitment process is going to start under advertisement number 50. Keeping this in mind, the Commission through subject experts has revised the syllabus for all subjects. This time the written examination will be on the basis of revised syllabus. Candidates will be called for interview on the basis of written test and final selection result will be released after that.
610 candidates will be included in the principal recruitment interview
Uttar Pradesh Higher Education Service Commission on Monday released the result of written examination for the recruitment of 290 posts of principal in the private colleges of the state under advertisement number-49. In the written examination, 610 candidates have been declared successful for appearing in the interview, whose numbers are available on the portal and website of the Commission. The written examination was held at Bishop Johnson School, Katra from 11 am to 1 pm on 29 October last year. 81 percent of the candidates appeared in the examination. There were 917 candidates registered for the examination and out of these 743 candidates appeared. The Commission released the final answer key for the written examination on February 4 this year.
