ITI Admission 2021 : The round of admission under the eighth round in Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) will start from Wednesday. The on-the-spot process for admission of vacant seats in the institutes will start once again by the Department of Industrial Training and Skill Development. Earlier, seven rounds of counseling have been filed by the department. The admission round for the eighth round will continue till January 16. Admissions will start after sanitization

The department has ordered that in view of the Kovid epidemic, it is necessary to follow the rules issued by the government at the institution level. Under this, institutions have to be sanitized before starting the admission process. There are also clear instructions on how all students and employees will wear masks. Social distancing will have to be followed during the admission process going on at the institute level and the institute will have to make arrangements for checking the temperature of the students, water and soap for washing hands, sanitizing the hands.

Admission opportunity from 13 to 16 January 2021

The portal has been opened from January 8 to apply for vacant seats in all state and private ITI institutes located in the state. Students will get a chance to apply by 12 noon on 16 January. At the same time, students will be given an opportunity to enroll in the institutes from January 13 to 16. For this, merit list will be released on the basis of applications received till 12 noon daily at the institute level. Instructions have also been given by the department to put the admission function on notice and update it every hour.

Admissions will be made on the basis of merit and choice

Orders have been given by the department to ensure that after examining the merit and all the original certificates based on the choice of students enrolled in any business in the institute and the minimum educational qualification of that business A receipt will be given on the spot by taking online and offline fees from the students. If there is an error in admission at the institute level, then the head of the institute will be responsible for it. The institute will keep only the verified copies of all the original certificates of the applicants and after scrutiny will return the original certificates.

Necessary documents to be brought together

As per the orders given by the department, all the preparations have been completed. Students can enroll in the institute and apply after applying. For this a helpdesk has been set up and all necessary guidance will be given to the students in the institute. Students have to bring documents related to all educational qualifications, reservation related documents, residential documents etc. The list of vacant seats is available on the portal.

Deposited fee will not be refunded

According to the admission schedule, the applicants will have to download the merit card from the admission portal and go to the institute where they are admitted by 12 noon. During this time, students will have to arrive with all the original certificates. Fees will have to be paid on the spot after verification of documents. Deposits submitted for admission will be non-refundable and non-adjustable. After accepting the merit card, the institute will put the students' attendance on the register and will update the information on the portal immediately after admission according to the merit rank.
