According to the Hindustan Epaper, An Appointment of 2986 teachers and principals in engineering and polytechnic colleges of the state is going to be done very soon. The format for the advertisement notification of appointment for inviting the online applications from qualified candidates has also been prepared.
Three dozen different advertisements are to be released for 2986 posts. The work of giving approval on these formats by the Department of Science and Technology has also started. This work will be completed till 15 June 2020.
For the first time, such a lot amount of teachers are going to be appointed in the engineering and polytechnic colleges of the state. This point to be noted that there are currently 38 government engineering and 44 polytechnic colleges in the state. Presently there are 870 regular and 102 contractual based teachers are available in these engineering and polytechnic colleges. At the same time, 205 teachers are treating in engineering colleges under the Technical Education Quality Upgradation Program.
Minister of Science and Technology Department Jai Kumar Singh has said that he has instructed the officials to keep in touch with the BPSC. Make sure that teachers and principals are appointed in all the posts at the earliest. A large amount of new institutions have been established in the last few years. For this, more and more teachers are needed. Seeing this thing, the creation of these posts has been sent to BPSC for the appointment.
